Concurrent Engineering

Asanuma Giken handles all processes from sand mold aluminum casting and heat treatment to machining with an in-house integrated system. During the casting preparation process from wood mold arrangement to main casting, jig fabrication, machining programs, and trial machining are carried out in parallel, and information such as inquiries, concerns, and changes in material specifications and machining specifications are shared and highly coordinated to achieve shorter delivery times for prototype production.
